Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items: Should your product arrive damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Please send us photos of the issue to expedite the process.
Exemptions: We do not replace or refund for items damaged due to misuse or personal accidents, such as spills, drops, or theft.
Lost Packages: Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot issue refunds for items lost due to mailing issues. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you’re concerned that an item was lost in transit, please reach out to UPS and also us and We will help you through the process.
