Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

- Shipping Delays: Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the shipping process. Any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control, and we will not issue refunds for orders delayed by the carrier.
- Carrier Issues: We take every precaution to ensure that your order is dispatched promptly and delivered safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues that arise once the package is with the carrier. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any carrier-related problems.
